I founded Hankley Homes in 2014, and building has been my focus every day since. An earlier international career leading complex projects and global teams sharpened my eye for budgets, supply chains and exacting quality, but construction is where my passion has always been, and it is what I have devoted myself to for over a decade.
In that time we have delivered an unusually broad range of work. Extensions, loft conversions and full renovations. Whole-house transformations and sensitive restorations of period and heritage homes. Bespoke, architect-designed and design-and-build new houses, including a £10 million Georgian-inspired home in Guildford and an oak-framed house that won House of the Year from the Farnham Society. Our own developments, bought, built and sold, and a modular scheme of twelve apartments delivered for national housebuilder Mears. Alongside these, specialist work such as swimming pools, outdoor kitchens and large landscaping projects.
That breadth has given me extensive, hands-on knowledge of the construction industry: groundworks and deep foundations, reinforced concrete basements, structural steel and masonry, heritage restoration, modern methods of construction, high-specification finishes, smart-home technology and landscaping. I understand how every part of a build fits together, how to bring an architect's design to life on site, and how to keep a project on programme and on budget. Over the years I have also built an extensive network of trusted contractors and suppliers across the UK and Europe, which lets us source the right materials, products and specialist trades for every project.
I stay closely involved at every stage, from design and planning through to contractor management, quality control and final delivery. I believe the best projects are built on trust, clear communication and genuine attention to detail.
