A development project, Tendering House is a tired but beautiful 1905 period house set in mature, secluded grounds on one of Farnham's finest roads, a short walk from the town centre and mainline station. In dated condition when we took it on, we comprehensively redeveloped it in a modern yet sympathetic style, with extensive landscaping and a new outdoor swimming pool.
